    Main applications of density board

Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is classified into high-density, medium-density, and low-density boards based on their density. It is widely used in various industries:

In the furniture industry, MDF can be used to manufacture different furniture components, such as panels, sideboards, backboards, and office partitions.

In the construction and decoration industry, MDF is commonly used to make laminated wood flooring (both regular and moisture-resistant), wall panels, ceilings, doors, door skins, door frames, and various interior partitions. Additionally, MDF can be used for architectural accessories like stairs, baseboards, mirror frames, and decorative moldings.

In the automotive and shipbuilding sectors, MDF, after being finished, can be used for interior decoration and can even replace plywood. However, in wet environments or situations where fire resistance is required, the issue can be addressed by veneering or using special types of MDF.

In the field of audio equipment, MDF is highly suitable for making speakers, TV enclosures, and musical instruments due to its homogeneous porous nature and excellent acoustic performance.

Apart from the aforementioned applications, MDF can also be used in various other areas, such as luggage frames, packaging boxes, fan blades, shoe heels, toy puzzles, clock cases, outdoor signage, display stands, shallow pallets, ping pong tables, as well as for carvings and models.
