Back to Year 2002,a wood factory named New Concenpt was just build up ,at that time, Mr Zhengming Li was a normal worker in the factory as a fork lifter truck driver. In Year 2020,Mr Zhengming Li acquired New Concept wood factory. Mr Li used 18 years to purchase the factory he ever worked！What did he do for the 18 years?
In the initial stage of New concept wood factory,like most new factories,the management is disordered, and running under deficit condition, the factory are eager for talented person.At the same time Mr Li was promoted from driver to monitor, as manage well of the driver team, Mr Li was appointed to be responsible for a workshop section, as his good management, then be responsible for two workshop sections.Mr Li worked just as a “Fire captin ”, where he went ,where to manger well.
In the end of year 2003,a fire occurred,the fire accident didn’t cause too much direct loss, but caused great indirect loss-the factory can not start work due to fire mess.The management had a meeting to discuss how long to resume to normal production,the manager said need about two month, but Mr Li only used 48 hours cleaned up all messes and restart production.After that, Mr Li was appointed to be production manager.From then on and for the last two years, Mr Li only sleep about 3-4 hours everyday, he believe diligence redeems stupidity,everything about management all from hands-on experience. Mr Li summed up a management experience: Good leaders with sound work process makes a better enterprise.
Mr Li worked in New concept wood factory for 14 years, from year 2002 to year2016,in the end of 2003 Mr Li was prompt to management, his annual salary is more than 1000 thousand RMB,after year 2016,Mr Li quit the job and rent a factory work shop to produce MDF until now.
Now Zhengming Wood Group include 3 MDF factories,2 melamine MDF factories 1 logistic company and 2 international trading companies, Zhengming Wood Group is in whole industry chain production,and still extending the production chain.
Zhengming Wood Group revenue achieved 2000 million a year, annual MDF production reach 100 cubic meters.Our core competitiveness is low price with the big produce volume.
